Takecare is a family health management app designed to help users:

• Set reminders and receive notifications.

The App is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding medical conditions or treatments.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
• If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent.
• By using the App, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Accounts

• You may be required to sign in using your phone number, email, or third-party accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

• The App offers free (Basic) and paid (Pro) subscription plans.
• Subscriptions are billed via the App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Family Sharing

• You may add family members or dependents within the App.
• By adding a member, you confirm you have their consent to share relevant health data.
• We are not responsible for unauthorized sharing of personal information between users.

Health Disclaimer

• Notifications and reminders are supportive tools only.
• The App cannot guarantee that a user will take medication or record vitals on time.
• The App is not responsible for missed doses, health complications, or emergency situations.

Data & Privacy

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
• We may store data locally and sync with cloud services such as Firebase or Supabase.

Acceptable Use
